Custom Orders

All custom mylar bags and custom labels are produced based on the customer’s submitted artwork or approved design proofs. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, including spelling, colors, or low-resolution images.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

Email Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure their inbox can receive files. We are not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or email provider issues.
