Digital Products
How will I receive my digital products? All digital products are delivered directly to your email. Delivery is usually instant, but may take a few minutes depending on your email provider.
What does “read‑only” mean? Our digital products are provided in read‑only format, which means the files cannot be edited, altered, or modified. This protects the integrity of the design and ensures consistent quality for all customers.
I didn’t receive my digital files — what should I do? First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see your files, contact us and we’ll resend them right away.
Can I get a refund for digital products? No. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.
Custom Mylar Bags & Custom Labels
How long does production take? All custom mylar bags and custom labels require 12 business days for production. This timeline begins once your design is approved.
Do you accept returns or refunds on custom items? No. Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.
Can I change my custom order? You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order enters production and cannot be modified.
Will my printed colors match what I see on my screen? Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and printing processes. This is normal for all printed products.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping time is separate from the 12‑day production period.
Do you provide tracking? Yes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost or stolen? If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Order Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. If the problem is due to our error, we will replace the item at no cost.
What if I entered the wrong email or shipping address? Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your information. Once digital files are sent or production begins, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer design services? If you need help preparing artwork for custom bags or labels, reach out and we’ll let you know what options are available.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? Yes. Contact us with your quantity and product needs, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
